AutoStrada Applied Wall adds systems flexibility and performance in private offices, conference rooms and collaborative spaces. Applied wall enables various functional and decorative surfaces, offers continuous support for shelves, overhead storage and worksurfaces, and integrates power distribution and wire management. The unique structure of the Applied Wall facilitates change–storage can easily be repositioned and covers can be rearranged without removing components—while transmitting most of the weight load directly to the floor.

Applied Wall storage includes laminate, veneer, and powder glass shelves with aluminum shelf supports, laminate or veneer open and enclosed overhead cabinets with hinged or sliding doors. Applied Wall accessories include cable tray, marker tray, easel pad holder, picture and coat hooks.

Applied Wall is designed to provide a recessed cover area for mounting communications outlets and standard Wiremold surface-mounted plugmold. Three wiring schemes are available: single circuit, two circuit/four wire, two circuit/six wire (with independent neutrals and grounds). Hardwire power supply is concealed behind wall surfaces.

Currents Fence in combination with Plannable Upstart table desks and storage towers creates mobile, flexible workspace. Designed for Knoll by Robert Reuter and Charles Rozier.

Currents Fence offers a light, open, flexible furniture solution that supports a variety of work styles in the office. Fence in combination with freestanding Upstart table desks and screens delivers a lighter, more flexible alternative to panel-based layouts to support teamwork, collaboration and open communication. Fence offers the same advanced technology management and planning flexibility as the Currents Service Wall, but in a lighter form. Fence plans at 27″, 28″ and 40″ high to divide space at a lower horizon and to offer open circulation and clear access to natural light.

Fence delivers convenient access to power and data at or below worksurface height. Workstations are created along Fence using freestanding or Fence-supported components. Freestanding Currents and Upstart desks, tables, privacy screens and storage may be positioned anywhere along Fence. Worksurfaces may be end-supported or side-supported from Fence, and perpendicular Currents linkable screens attach to Fence at any point. The system integrates with all Knoll office systems to add advanced technology management and greater planning flexibility.

Equity delivers utilitarian space-savings, with centerline planning and sleek, hexagonal, 120-degree configurations.

Equity’s centerline modularity enables precession planning. 120-degree planning offers an alternate planning model. Panels connect with a post, which is included in the overall panel width dimension, making dimensions easy to calculate. Panel-to-post planning usually yields more than twelve percent space savings over traditional office systems. The result is a flexible, productive, space-efficient workplace, designed for maximum performance.

From team spaces to low-wall workspaces to fully enclosed offices, Equity creates functional and attractive workspaces. Universal panel components simplify inventory management. Add-on screens provide privacy and attaches to only one side of the panel, freeing the other side for overhead storage. Most components are interchangeable between 90- and 120-degree planning. Equity plans seamlessly with the Currents® service wall for extra power and network capability. Freestanding components match the dimensional and aesthetic detail of panel-supported products.

The Crinion Open Table typically consists of deep worksurfaces cantilever supported by parallel beams between end legs. Available in FSC-certified composite wood. GREENGUARD Certified. AutoStrada can help meet the U.S. Green Building Council LEED® requirements.

Storage-anchored Planning
AutoStrada storage-anchored planning defines workplace boundaries with efficient storage in an open office landscape. Storage-anchored planning combines the performance of systems furniture with the detailing of millwork-like casegoods.

There are two storage-anchored planning approaches: wood surround and panels. Low landscape planning horizon at 49” high or, for more privacy, 64” high. Anchor cabinets punctuate the landscape and terminate individual work areas with architectural volumes that provide personal or shared storage, privacy and security; ten styles of storage anchored cabinets are available. Overhead and under-desk storage options are available with metal or all-wood construction; five styles of overheads are available.

AutoStrada panels are available with tiled exterior surfaces to the floor, delivering the aesthetic of custom millwork with advanced panel systems performance. Autostrada worksurfaces, in natural veneers or durable laminates with crisp, tapered edges, appear to float.
