The UL impact test calls for the safe to be heated to 1550° for 30 minutes (1638° for 45 minutes for a 2-hour fire-rated safe) then dropped onto concrete rubble from a height of 30 feet. Then it is inverted and reheated for another 30 minutes (45 minutes for a 2-hour fire-rated safe). The safe must maintain its integrity throughout the test and protect all contents. This is important because in many fires the floor will cave in or the floor will collapse, destroying everything under them. In such an event, you’ll want to know your safe is impact-rated.

The 36″ and 42″ wide lateral files are to include 2-, 3-, 4-, and 5-drawer file units. These file cabinets are available in black, mist, medium tone, and desert sage. Optional colors are available with no upcharge, but with extended lead times.

The new online knowledge resources can acquaint new visitors with the company, help train dealer staff, and remind industry veterans how 9 to 5 Seating distinguishes itself in the marketplace.

New resources include the 9 to 5-Opedia, an in-depth of study of office seating, and an application that creates interactive 3-dimensional images of 9 to 5 Seating models due to launch in February, 2010. The new 9 to 5 Seating website is a one-stop portal for viewing the extensive upholstery offering, with the capability to request upholstery memo samples without leaving the website. Starting by grade, visitors can view each upholstery pattern and colorway. With one-click, visitors can request memo samples.

Knowledge resources incorporated into the website help visitors understand the adjustability of 9 to 5 Seating models, the properties of various materials in the chairs and the qualities of these materials that contribute to 9 to 5 Seating’s environmental message. AutoStrada storage-anchored planning defines workplace boundaries with efficient storage in an open office landscape. Storage-anchored planning combines the performance of systems furniture with the detailing of millwork-like casegoods.

There are two storage-anchored planning approaches: wood surround and panels. Low landscape planning horizon at 49” high or, for more privacy, 64” high.
